Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the solstakes.com website (the "Service") operated by SolStakes ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Service Description

SolStakes provides a non-custodial interface to delegate Solana (SOL) tokens to an independent, third-party validator on the Solana network. We do not take custody of your funds. You retain full control over your private keys and your SOL tokens at all times. The service provided is strictly informational and for the purpose of interacting with the Solana blockchain.

The information provided on this website does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice and you should not treat any of the website's content as such. SolStakes does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. Do conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Risks of Staking

Staking digital assets involves a high degree of risk. These risks include, but are not limited to, validator slashing (penalties for misbehavior), network downtime, and smart contract vulnerabilities. While we strive to work with high-quality validators, we are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from these risks. The projected Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an estimate and not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SolStakes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
